In our inaugural episode, we share the story of the storm that took our home and changed the trajectory of our lives. Our first episode has been split into two parts, and Part 2 picks up as Katharine and Seth finally see their home for the first time after the storm. They discuss walking through the disaster zone, cleaning up their home and saving what they could, as well the enormous help from their community in Black Mountain, NC and beyond. Katharine shares two of her writings about grief, loss, and gratitude.
