LISTEN NOW

Today we have Katharine and Seth sitting back down as a duo to share the top five things they would tell their younger selves. This exercise was based loosely on former hospice worker, Bronnie Ware’s Regrets of the Dying. Katharine and Seth had so much fun doing this writing excerise and sharing it with each other. They encourage you all to give this a try and see how your day changes! Katharine ends the episode by reading a new poem - we hope you enjoy.

And thank you as always for listening, and if you enjoyed this episode or any past episodes, please share it with a friend and leave us a positive review on Apple Podcast. We appreciate the support so much!
